Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our team at PTG. As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our clients. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to resolve client problems efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technical developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical customer service or support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
