Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Field Service Engineer to join our team at HRU Inc Technical Resources. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for executing service work with low to medium complexity, collaborating with customers and other teams, and delivering quality service solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing service tasks such as installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, and making analysis through remote or on-site activity.
  • Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs, and providing specialist assistance and solutions.
  • Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones, and regular reviews.
  • Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new service applications, equipment, and methods.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Robotic, or Control and Automation Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience working with robots or automation.
  • Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing automation products.
  • Travel and schedule availability.
  • Knowledge in PLC's.
  • Advanced English.
