Area Vice President - Remote Opportunity

Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP), the Area Vice President (AVP) will be tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities for Pareto Health. This role is crucial for the company's growth and visibility in the market.

Ideal Candidate: We seek a proactive, confident self-starter who thrives in competitive environments and is determined to surpass set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, educate, and nurture robust consultant partner relationships.
  • Assist consultants in identifying and educating prospective employers.
  • Achieve mastery of Pareto's cost containment programs and their application for consultants and potential clients.
  • Build strong connections with Pareto's underwriting, market development, and marketing teams.
  • Enhance understanding of complex risk management programs.
  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve sales objectives.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the self-insured sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant marketplace.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Work Environment: This position is remote; however, candidates must reside within the designated region or be within a reasonable commuting distance.
