Sales Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at American Welding and Gas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to drive sales and revenue.
- Utilize CRM platforms to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with local branch managers to promote sales and customer management through retail store locations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in industrial sales.
- Knowledge of welding and gas products is a strong asset.
- Strong time management, critical thinking, and communication skills.
American Welding and Gas is an employee-owned company headquartered in Raleigh, NC. We have a rich history dating back to 1949 and have grown through organic growth and acquisition to our present size. We operate 76 retail locations and 16 gas fill plants across 17 states, serving customers in over 30 states and Canada.
