Company Overview:
Atrium Staffing is a prominent player in the industrial products sector, recognized for its excellence in sales and service. We are currently in search of a Senior Accountant to enhance our finance team.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $90,000 plus performance-based bonuses.

Role Summary:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, which includes overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger activities, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with related reports, analyses, and forecasts.
2. Evaluate business operations, trends, costs, and revenue streams.
3. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes.
4. Maintain daily cash flow and prepare cash flow reports.
5. Supervise collections and manage billing processes across various platforms.
6. Lead the annual budget preparation process.
7. Oversee billing and payroll functions.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in the industrial sales and service industry.
2. Proficient in financial forecasting techniques.
3. Demonstrated experience in creating financial statements and managing month-end/year-end closing activities.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and various accounting software systems.
5. Proven ability to manage a company's cash flow effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently.
7. Understanding of sales practices and effective customer service methodologies.
8. Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
