Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at PM Hotel Group, you will be responsible for managing accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and soliciting past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to maximize revenue and sell all facets of the hotel to previous, current, and potential clients.
  • Handle account details to ensure all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented.
  • Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel, and review competition.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows and set up exhibits involving bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching overhead.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests to provide a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate in English and maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of a hotel structure and how all departments interact.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and positive manner to solicit business, meet client needs, and resolve complaints.
