We're seeking a warm and welcoming individual to join our front office team as a Guest Services Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
