Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring a swift and courteous service experience.
  • Identify the purpose of each patient's visit and thoroughly explain necessary documentation, procedures, and services while providing estimated timelines.
  • Exhibit attention to detail by carefully reviewing patient information and demonstrating patience and understanding with all patients, especially those who may be uncertain or challenging.
  • Process insurance claims and accurately enter patient orders into the system.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities with both patients and team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills characterized by friendliness, empathy, and patience.
  • Sales aptitude.
  • Proficient with computers and adaptable to new software applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a retail or customer service environment.
