Sun Communities is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests and residents, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and processing payments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including preparing promotional materials and coordinating events.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
