**This is an in-person Client Intake Specialist position.**

Pay range: $19-$21/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (May expand to include evenings and weekends based on company need)

ServiceMaster of Tacoma is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and diligent individuals to become part of our Client Intake Specialist Team.

As a Client Intake Specialist, you will collaborate with a team focused on shared objectives, working together to accomplish daily tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Facilitating effective communication both internally and with our clients.
  • Collecting client information and details regarding their situation and coordinating with the scheduler to dispatch a team.
  • Emphasizing accurate data collection and entry.
  • Assisting project managers and coordinators with additional tasks as needed.
  • Reviewing and enhancing program metrics through regular process improvements.
  • Contributing to and engaging in our team and company culture.
  • Participating in the on-call rotation to handle after-hours emergency calls such as new situations and scheduling inquiries during designated on-call days.

What we expect from Client Intake Specialists:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must be capable of accurately entering data into computers or tablets.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable transportation.
