- Follow established safety, security, and quality protocols, and report any incidents to management immediately.
- Utilize the CSI Loss Prevention process to ensure the safety of yourself and others in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper sanitation and food handling practices.
- Verify customer age for restricted products in accordance with federal laws and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with vendors and contractors.
- Exhibit regular and punctual attendance.
Essential Duties:
- Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting and thanking all customers with eye contact.
- Accurately conduct all point-of-sale transactions while adhering to CSI guidelines.
- Manage cash drawer levels and perform end-of-shift reconciliations to ensure accurate sales management.
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, including restrooms, fuel islands, and other facilities.
- Prepare food and beverage items, ensuring optimal sales and minimal loss through effective inventory management.
- Promote store specials and marketing initiatives actively.
- Check the accuracy of delivered goods and organize them throughout the store.
- Comply with local laws regarding fuel dispensing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of up-to-date food handling certifications as required by law (in specific locations).
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces.
- Capacity to lift, push, and move products using proper techniques.
- Frequent standing, bending, and reaching required for food preparation tasks.
