Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting and thanking all customers with eye contact.

  • Manage cash drawer levels and perform end-of-shift reconciliations to ensure accurate sales management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the station, including restrooms, fuel islands, and other facilities.
  • Prepare food and beverage items, ensuring optimal sales and minimal loss through effective inventory management.
  • Promote store specials and marketing initiatives actively.
  • Check the accuracy of delivered goods and organize them throughout the store.
  • Comply with local laws regarding fuel dispensing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of up-to-date food handling certifications as required by law (in specific locations).

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces.
  • Capacity to lift, push, and move products using proper techniques.
