Overview of the Role

Under the guidance of the Studio Services & Memo Operations Manager, the Coordinator will engage in both sales and operational functions. This role will assist in the management of Studio Services, Flagship Memo Operations, Outside Stylist, and 'Try before you Buy' initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail and client service
  • Competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Apple software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a polished professional demeanor
  • Technologically savvy with systems management
  • Capability to lift heavy items as required
Responsibilities:

Deliver a consistently high standard of service and ensure an outstanding client experience:
  • Welcome clients upon their arrival
  • Engage in hands-on collaboration while selecting and retrieving merchandise
  • Assist with garment changes and size requests
  • Collaborate with clients and Style Advisors on departmental communications and manage vendor relationships
  • Perform additional responsibilities as necessary
Provide operational support to enhance overall departmental efficiency:
  • Oversee the scanning of merchandise in and out of the facility
  • Maintain organization of Studio Services and Memo Operations supplies, including spreadsheet and contract management
  • Manage the reconciliation of 'Try before you Buy', Flagship Memos, and billing processes
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the office space

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting hourly wage for this position is $10.00 per hour. Factors influencing starting pay may include market conditions, skills, experience, and other qualifications of the selected candidate.
