Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time intern for the fall semester to assist our Marketing team. This role will be hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-person work. You will gain invaluable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, contributing to various aspects of social media management, content creation, and marketing campaigns. Your contributions will directly influence our brand's presence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management and Content Creation:

  • Oversee and cultivate social media communities.
  • Develop engaging content, including posts and video reels.
  • Explore opportunities to expand our presence on emerging platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Conduct research to identify and leverage social media trends.

Marketing and Advertising:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor brand engagement and evaluate the effectiveness of advertisements and campaigns.
  • Propose innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Craft email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in design, marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Ability to commute as necessary.
  • Availability for a minimum of 15 hours and up to 35 hours weekly.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere.
  • Skilled in videography and video/photo editing.
  • Experience in content creation, particularly for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong writing capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Graphic design skills are advantageous.
  • Passionate about design, branding, and interior aesthetics, with an understanding of our vision to redefine the luxury decor market.
