We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a talented International Marketing Coordinator to join a prominent LGBTQ social networking platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Global Marketing Manager to spearhead innovative marketing strategies across various channels, including organic social media, influencer partnerships, ambassador initiatives, email campaigns, and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include working alongside Creative and Product teams to design and implement impactful marketing programs that enhance our brand's global presence. You will oversee merchandise and apparel launches, support international growth, and create engaging content and marketing materials.

We seek a proactive and adaptable individual who seamlessly combines analytical and creative abilities. A profound understanding of the LGBTQ community and a positive attitude towards sexuality are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Channel Management: Execute diverse marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms, including organic social media, digital advertising, blog content, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. You will be responsible for creating and curating content, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously refining tactics to enhance engagement and reach. Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all channels while staying informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and oversee a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns, and business objectives. Maintain the calendar across all channels and manage the content approval process to ensure consistency and timely execution.
  • Management of Tools: Become the go-to expert for marketing automation platforms such as Sprinklr, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and other essential tools. Master their functionalities and optimize their use to enhance marketing effectiveness. Manage content scheduling and posting, ensuring seamless campaign execution across various channels. Monitor tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously seek ways to improve processes. Provide training and support to team members, helping them leverage these tools effectively while staying updated on the latest features and best practices.
  • Social Listening and Reporting: Monitor and analyze relevant discussions, trends, and competitor activities using social listening tools. Compile data into insightful reports on audience behavior, channel performance, and industry trends. Provide actionable recommendations to guide strategic decisions and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Influencer and Community Management: Support and oversee the Community Management & Influencer team with ambassador and creator programs. Assist in sourcing, briefing, and activating influencer campaigns on a global scale, leveraging both internal and external resources.

Qualifications:

  • Over 4 years of experience in digital and social marketing execution and operations, preferably within a technology or startup environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to understand and convey information, progress, and KPIs to the broader team and leadership.
  • Collaboration: Partner with third parties such as talent, agencies, and production teams to support the expanding roster of influencers and ambassadors. Manage influencers effectively, including campaign briefing, execution, and invoicing.
  • Digital and Social Channel Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, with experience managing brand accounts on X, TikTok, Instagram, and other key channels. A strong affinity for social trends and cultural moments that align with our brand is essential.
  • Project Management: Skilled in overseeing asset development, scheduling posts, and managing content workflows across various channels. Capable of meeting deadlines and setting personal benchmarks to ensure project completion.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in understanding key marketing KPIs, optimizing these metrics, and communicating overall performance to team members and leadership. Confident in using data platforms to develop reporting dashboards.
