The Senior Director serves as both a strategic consultant for our clients and a key leader within the team. Utilizing advanced technologies and established methodologies, you will guide your team from the initial research design phase to the final delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted strategic consultant with an emphasis on business growth through effective solutions grounded in both quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.
  • Lead and advise account teams on strategic methodologies for research design, insights generation, data visualization, and narrative development that brings data to life.
  • Act as a mentor and advocate for the service line, promoting team collaboration, development, and expertise through purposeful leadership.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance team performance consistently.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, potentially managing one or more account managers.
  • Navigate the team through complex challenges effectively.
  • Contribute to team expansion through new business initiatives and strengthened partnerships.
  • Engage in initiatives that support our service line, including growth strategies, new product development, and employee training and engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, advertising, marketing, or consumer insights, with a preference for advertising experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher, along with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • A client-focused and solution-oriented approach with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong background in quantitative research, including survey design, sampling strategies, analysis, and reporting.
  • Some familiarity with qualitative research methods, such as focus groups and in-depth interviews, along with the ability to analyze qualitative data.
  • Excellent communication skills: adept at translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Understanding of advanced analytics techniques.
  • A strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
  • Confidence in leading workshops with senior executives.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking abilities.
  • A history of leading proposals and driving new business development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides).
