Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, or leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead teams towards achieving set objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Experience in influencing stakeholders and executives based on data-driven insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and negotiate effectively.
- Experience in developing creative briefs and managing agency relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building capabilities and teams.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, coupled with a hands-on approach to execution.

- Experience in the financial services sector.

- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
