Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Schneider. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting HR practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
