We are currently in search of a Project Management Analyst to provide critical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project analysis and support to the Program Manager.
  • Assist in the planning and evaluation of projects, including prioritization.
  • Provide scheduling assistance and conflict resolution as necessary.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business and office procedures.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and Project.
  • Lead the support team through all phases of project lifecycles: initiation, planning, control, and closure.
  • Support the Project Manager in the following areas:
  • Assess staffing requirements for projects.
  • Recruit or assign suitable personnel to form a support team.
  • Analyze resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Track and report on schedule performance.
  • Compile project reports and facilitate communications.
  • Engage with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with client points of contact and stakeholders.
  • Oversee and monitor project Quality Management activities.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience may substitute for degree level.
  • Familiarity with standard project management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
  • Capability to lead and direct the work of others.
  • Experience in leading teams across different locations.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals and technical personnel.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project.
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead or Project Lead.
  • Experience in Risk Assessment.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
