We are currently looking for a Project Management Analyst to provide essential support at our client site. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Manager with project analysis and oversight.
  • Assist in the planning and evaluation of projects, including prioritization tasks.
  • Provide scheduling assistance and manage conflicts as necessary.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business operations and office procedures.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and Project.
  • Lead the support team through all stages of project lifecycles: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Assist the Project Manager in the following areas:
  • Assess staffing requirements for projects.
  • Recruit or assign suitable personnel to form a competent support team.
  • Analyze resource utilization and make adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when required.
  • Track and report on project schedule performance.
  • Compile and distribute project reports and communications.
  • Engage with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with customer points of contact and stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage project quality assurance activities.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field. Experience may substitute for degree requirements.
  • Familiarity with standard project management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to achieve goals.
  • Capability to lead and direct the work of others.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams across multiple locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project.
  • Experience in a Team Lead or Project Lead role.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of customer-related requirements.
