We are currently looking for a Project Management Analyst to provide critical support at a key location. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project analysis and support to the Program Manager.
  • Assist in the planning and evaluation of projects, including prioritization tasks.
  • Provide scheduling support and manage conflicts as necessary.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of business and office operations.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and Project.
  • Lead the support team through all phases of project lifecycles: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Support the Project Manager in the following areas:
  • Assessing staffing requirements for projects.
  • Recruiting or assigning suitable personnel to form a competent support team.
  • Evaluating project resource utilization and making adjustments as needed.
  • Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective measures when required.
  • Tracking and reporting on schedule performance metrics.
  • Compiling comprehensive project reports and communications.
  • Engaging with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Communicating effectively with customer points of contact and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing and managing project Quality Management activities.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
  • Familiarity with standard project management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
  • Experience in leading and directing the work of others.
  • Capability to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals and technical staff.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as MS Project.
  • Previous experience as a Team Lead or Project Lead.
  • Experience in Risk Assessment.

Note: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of customer-related requirements.
