Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Department Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department within our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a high level of merchandise presentation and visual displays
- Order and receive merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels
- Train and develop sales associates to meet sales and customer service goals
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor and inventory costs
- Collaborate with other department managers to achieve store goals and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales and customer service goals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
