Job Description:

Overview: Global Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our retail business and drive success in our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing store profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Management: Oversee the overall performance of our stores, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of store associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage store expenses, optimize revenue streams, and analyze financial reports to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with community partners, promoting our brand and values in the local market.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales building, labor allocation, and expense management.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports and drive business growth.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
