Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at BIC Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and growth of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of sales experience with 10 years in a senior sales leadership position
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
