Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR at least five years of related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
