We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies within a given geographic territory. Your primary objective will be to identify and connect with potential clients, understand their business needs, and sell relevant solutions to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for business customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Build, develop, and nurture customer relationships with contacts at prospective client accounts and existing customers.
  • Drive revenue and maintain accountability for set goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company targets.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and service solutions specific to the customer's business needs.
  • Actively participate in sales and skills training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring a high level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Develop sales plans and penetrate new accounts in an assigned territory, leveraging your knowledge of the market and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality solutions and ongoing account management, fostering a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Extensive sales background (7+ years) with a proven track record of success in a consultative sell environment, demonstrating a strong ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Thorough understanding of complex business solutions with a technology slant, including sales software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven prospecting success with a high energy level and ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Superior customer service skills, professional attitude, and appearance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
