  • Prepare regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in media or radio advertising sales.
  • Highly motivated, assertive, and creative with a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional business development and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent client relations skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the media, audio, or advertising sectors.
  • Comfortable with technology and online/social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as Matrix, Nielsen Audio, Tapscan, and Wide Orbit.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a requirement.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
