Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Canon Business Process Services, Inc. as a Conference Room Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and disassemble conference rooms for scheduled meetings, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in working order.
  • Receive and process catering orders from vendors, preparing food for delivery to conference rooms as needed.
  • Organize and distribute supplies to client employees, maintaining inventory levels and monitoring equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all catering orders and maintain a clean and organized conference room environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including mail and package handling, interoffice correspondence, and special projects.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
