Job Summary

As a Conference Services Attendant with Compass Group Careers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our conference center. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the highest level of professional appearance in all meeting rooms and public areas, ensuring that all meeting requirements are met prior to the meeting start time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and replenish meeting rooms with necessary supplies, including tables, chairs, and linens.
  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms for events, including arranging audio-visual equipment and providing necessary materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and service partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to maintain a high level of service.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or houseman/porter experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
