Job Overview

SunStar Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Mesquite, Texas. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales growth through the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to identify business opportunities
  • Present and demonstrate our energy solutions to prospective clients
  • Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Handle inbound calls and manage hot leads
  • Generate new business through proactive prospecting and cold outreach

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full cycle sales role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
