About the Role

The Pickle Juice Company, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to drive incremental business growth across c-store and impulse channels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with new and existing accounts, creating and implementing sales strategies to exceed revenue growth goals, and providing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with c-store and impulse channel partners to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue growth objectives, including new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows and in-person selling events to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and drive market expansion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the CPG industry, with at least 3 years of experience calling on c-store and impulse channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within major national distributors.
  • Proven track record of success in a result-driven organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM programs, with experience using QuickBooks.
  • Well-organized and responsible, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
