Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a vital member of our logistics team, you will transform orders into reality within a workspace that fosters a culture of safety and teamwork. Your role will involve the safe and efficient handling of all incoming, outgoing, and stored goods in the warehouse. This encompasses a variety of responsibilities including unloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products to ensure our customers receive outstanding service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving all incoming merchandise and identifying appropriate storage locations.
  • Restocking order pick and flow lines to prepare for order fulfillment.
  • Ensuring adequate product placement to meet regular and special demands.
  • Maintaining a keen attention to detail across all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, floors, and designated zones.
  • Transferring goods from the receiving area to their designated stock locations.
  • Consolidating products into picking containers as required.
  • Securely packing items in cartons and totes.
  • Utilizing appropriate equipment to ensure safe and efficient movement and tracking of all goods.
  • Upholding inventory accuracy by consistently following system processes.
  • Pulling orders in accordance with the delivery sequence.
  • Documenting quantities of materials received or distributed.
  • Completing end-of-shift tasks such as charging equipment and verifying completed assignments.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation by returning supplies and products to their assigned locations.
  • Committing to safe work practices in alignment with company safety policies.
  • Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

Involves working with moving equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
