Key Responsibilities- Process Development: Design and implement changes to manufacturing processes; establish standard operating procedures to boost operational efficiency and ensure consistency.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather and evaluate essential performance metrics such as cycle time, storage efficiency, and yield to foster enhancements in processes and quality. Engage in Kaizen events to document and refine warehouse operations.
- Layout Optimization: Strategically analyze and organize workflow, equipment positioning, and spatial requirements to maximize warehouse efficiency.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, or an advanced degree with relevant experience. A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, possess strong analytical capabilities, and exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Additionally, the candidate should be adept at leading cross-functional teams and managing projects with various stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for conveying information clearly across all levels of the organization.
