The successful candidate will possess a robust background in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on fluency in English, Korean, and Spanish. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating and enhancing the flow of goods and materials, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage all facets of third-party logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

· Formulate and execute strategies aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and boosting operational performance.

· Develop, track, and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure objectives are achieved or surpassed.

· Collaborate with both internal and external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and clients, to facilitate smooth operations.

· Lead and guide a team of logistics professionals, offering mentorship and support as necessary.

· Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and company protocols.

· Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with 3PL providers to guarantee high service levels and cost efficiency.

· Conduct regular evaluations and audits of internal processes and external service providers to confirm performance benchmarks are met.

· Address escalations and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.

· Prepare and deliver regular reports on logistics performance, expenditures, and other pertinent metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

· Proficient in Korean.

· At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly in 3PL operations.

· Proven success in managing third-party logistics providers and refining supply chain processes.

· Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Familiarity with logistics management software and tools.

· Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
