The successful candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on candidates proficient in English, Korean, and Spanish. The Operations Manager will be tasked with coordinating and streamlining the flow of goods and materials, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.

Core Responsibilities

· Oversee all facets of third-party logistics operations, encompassing warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

· Formulate and execute strategies aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and boosting operational efficiency.

· Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure objectives are met or surpassed.

· Collaborate with both internal and external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and clients, to guarantee smooth operations.

· Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, offering guidance and support as necessary.

· Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies.

· Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with 3PL providers to ensure superior service and cost-effectiveness.

· Conduct regular evaluations and audits of internal operations and external service providers to ensure compliance with performance standards.

· Address escalations and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.

· Prepare and deliver regular reports on logistics performance, expenses, and other pertinent metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

· Proficiency in Korean.

· At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly in 3PL operations.

· Demonstrated success in managing third-party logistics providers and enhancing supply chain processes.

· Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

· Proven leadership and team management abilities.

· Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Familiarity with logistics management software and tools.

· Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
