This role is essential in providing outstanding customer service while demonstrating compassion and empathy consistently. Responsibilities include assembling and delivering meal orders for patients, visitors, and caregivers in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Accurate processing of credit card transactions is required, along with the ability to adapt to operational needs as they arise.

Qualifications Required:

  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Six months of food service experience.
