As a part of our Nutrition Team, we are looking for a full-time Nutrition Care Manager (Certified Dietary Manager or Dietetic Technician) to enhance our senior living community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nutritional assessments, monitor progress, and implement tailored nutrition care plans for residents under the guidance of a Registered Dietitian.
  • Advise the dining services team on resident care and meal service protocols, including conducting meal rounds in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist in menu planning, ensuring compliance with nutritional guidelines, resident preferences, and wellness initiatives.
  • Oversee and train the dining service staff, ensuring high standards of service and care.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards set by federal, state, and accrediting agencies while maintaining confidentiality and resident rights.
  • Engage in resident satisfaction initiatives, lead departmental meetings, and contribute to Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Programs.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in nutrition & dietetics or a related field is required.
  • Certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR) is preferred.
  • Experience in senior living environments is advantageous.
  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
  • ServSafe certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, and nutrient analysis software is essential.
