We are seeking a highly skilled Criminal Justice Analyst to join our team at Stellar Professionals in Richmond, VA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in criminal justice and/or law enforcement, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement cloud-hosted Software As A Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify business process improvements
  • Produce requirement-related artifacts, including test cases and business rules
  • Manage security access and user profile management
  • Stay up-to-date with the Virginia criminal justice system and computer systems used by law enforcement agencies

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in criminal justice and/or law enforcement
  • Strong organization, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Organizational Change Management and Microsoft Products
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of criminal history record processing
  • Experience writing and reading system test plans
