Job Title: Criminal Justice Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Criminal Justice Analyst to join our team at S3 Staffing USA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to the criminal justice system, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data related to the criminal justice system, including crime rates, arrest rates, and incarceration rates.
  • Identify trends and patterns in the data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and government officials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the criminal justice system and emerging trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a criminal justice and/or law enforcement analyst.
  • Strong organization, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers and the agency at large.
  • Proficient in Organizational Change Management.
  • Experience implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Understanding of business analysis concepts, including identifying and interpreting risk assessments.
  • Able to produce requirement-related artifacts, such as test cases, requirements traceability matrix, business rules, interface requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, error validations, and role-based system profiles.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Virginia criminal justice system and/or law enforcement is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems is required, preferably computer systems used by criminal justice and/or law enforcement agencies.
  • Experience as a business analyst is required. Excellent communications skills in English are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of criminal history record processing.
  • Experience writing and reading system test plans.
