Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Rosewood Hotel Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury hotel's mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of all building equipment and rooms.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, including local mechanical codes and national fire codes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, kitchen equipment, plumbing, or refrigeration for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel/resort.
  • High school diploma; engineering certifications preferred in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
