We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at the West Midlands Combined Authority. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when interacting with our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that customer needs are met
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and suggestions
