Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and suggesting relevant solutions.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Resolve customer complaints, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
  • Process customer adjustments and maintain financial records.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of recent and relevant experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a professional office setting.
