Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Role Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting a team of technicians by ensuring effective communication and accurate record-keeping of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily communication with the technical team.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all tasks completed by technicians on a daily basis.
  • Utilize MS Excel for daily tracking and reporting purposes.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel with intermediate spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Ability to adhere to established procedures and suggest improvements when necessary.
  • Responsible for documenting all work performed by technicians, including details such as equipment removed and serial numbers.
