Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our consulting operations within the energy sector. This pivotal role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and supporting the success of our consulting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the consulting team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel logistics.
2. Draft and refine correspondence, communications, presentations, and various documents.
3. Maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy retrieval of essential documents and information.
4. Conduct research and gather data to support consulting projects as required.
