Job Title: Director of Sales

Vertafore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and tactics
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in software sales, with 3-5 years of management experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
