Sales Effectiveness Director

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Sales Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Oracle's business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and procedures
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Provide strategic guidance and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to address any sales performance gaps or issues
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes and procedures
- Experience working in the federal government or a related industry
- Knowledge of security, risk, and compliance of public cloud infrastructure
- Experience with process improvement and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
