About the Role

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Sales Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Oracle's business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to address any sales performance gaps or issues
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the federal government or a related industry
  • Knowledge of security, risk, and compliance of public cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with process improvement and automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
