As a Gaming Support Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our facility, including gaming machines, simulators, and other technical equipment. Your role will also involve assisting guests and ensuring optimal gaming conditions in the midway area at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing the best combination of food, beverages, and entertainment in a fun-filled atmosphere.
  • Keep your supervisor informed of any issues or significant matters and take immediate corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide prompt and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating effectively with guests, team members, and management.
  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm and a positive demeanor while multitasking across various responsibilities.
  • Assist guests by promptly repairing and maintaining amusement equipment.
  • Load and refill tickets in redemption games, ensuring all ticket storage areas are secure.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests, providing recommendations as necessary.
  • Bid farewell to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and inviting them to return.
  • Notify management of any guests who may appear dissatisfied.
  • Manage the stocking, displaying, and securing of merchandise in all storage areas.
  • Conduct inventory of merchandise during and after shifts, if applicable.
  • Check for necessary supplies and maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas.
  • Ensure that all games are clean and accessible for guests.
  • Position and set up displays to enhance guest traffic and promote sales.
  • Assist in the daily maintenance and organization of the technical room and storage areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance on games as directed by management.
  • Support general maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and be prepared to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Technical or electrical skills are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.

  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
