We are seeking committed individuals to fill the role of Youth Care Specialist I. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage with a designated group of youth during daily activities.
  • Monitor and document youth behavior and their adaptation to the program.
  • Build rapport with youth to facilitate their social integration.
  • Explain and enforce facility protocols, regulations, and disciplinary measures.
  • Execute security protocols and oversee high-risk youth.
  • Assist in managing disturbances and monitoring guests.
  • Accompany youth to various activities and appointments, ensuring their safety.
  • Maintain accurate records regarding youth behavior and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Youth Care Specialist I:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques and youth supervision.
  • Ability to write narrative reports effectively.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Youth Care Specialist II:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of six months experience in security and safety protocols.
  • Minimum of six months experience in behavior management and youth supervision.
  • Minimum of six months experience in writing narrative reports.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Employment Conditions:
