Omni Operations Supervisor

The Omni Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the fulfillment processes within the store and guiding the omni/operations team. This position is vital for meeting program objectives through effective team development and fostering strong collaborations across the store.


• Efficiently locate and pick merchandise to fulfill orders in a timely manner.


• Ensure items are packed according to established standards and within set deadlines.


• Prioritize and ship customer orders promptly based on the selected delivery options.


• Manage operational responsibilities, including monitoring supply levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring cleanliness in the fulfillment area.


• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and execute tasks as directed by management.


• Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Minimum Education & Experience:


• A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.


• A High School Diploma or GED is required.


• Proficiency in reading and speaking English is essential.


• Familiarity with all policy and procedure manuals is necessary.


• A solid retail background with experience in sales, operations, or management is important.


• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a deadline-driven setting.


• Skills in multitasking and organizing substantial workloads are required.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Comfortable using technology, including smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based systems.


• Must be able to adhere to all policy and procedure manuals.

Knowledge / Skills Requirements:


• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.


• Ability to quickly resolve issues and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail is crucial for managing program metrics and achieving goals.


• A passion for providing outstanding customer service is vital.


• Proficient in multitasking and managing large volumes of work.


• Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and Windows-based systems.


• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.


• Previous experience on the retail selling floor and familiarity with fulfillment procedures is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:


• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. at floor level or team lifting when necessary.


• Ability to push/pull receiving equipment weighing up to 500 lbs.


• Proficient in operating computers and other electronic devices.


• Ability to stand for extended periods.


• Capable of using hand equipment to process merchandise (e.g., sensor removers, tape guns).


• Ability to twist, bend, and stoop as required.


• Must work safely and steadily, utilizing all safety equipment as directed.


• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
