Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatching of products.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and organizational policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Coordinate and supervise the efforts of warehouse personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and uphold efficient warehouse processes and protocols to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure precision and mitigate discrepancies.

Collaborate with various departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to facilitate seamless operations and timely product delivery.

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor inventory, manage orders, and produce reports.
Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to guarantee proper upkeep and functionality.
Address any operational challenges or disputes that arise within the warehouse.
Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, fostering a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a comparable role.
Strong comprehension of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving protocols.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to inspire and manage a team.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage physical demands, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in warehouse management or related fields.
Experience with lean warehouse methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
