The Senior Field Sales Service Manager is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth in designated territories. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Oversee account management, track opportunities, and maintain essential information in CRM systems. Develop tailored solutions to secure new business and ensure the renewal of service contracts, contributing to overall profitability.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate strategies and training initiatives to empower District Managers and Sales Teams in leveraging data analytics for revenue growth. Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including Sales Representatives and Service Contractors, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive enterprise growth.
  • Leadership: Guide financial planning and forecasting efforts, utilizing ITW's segmentation process to allocate resources effectively for growth.
  • Talent Development: Mentor Field Sales Managers, assisting in their professional growth and enhancing their sales techniques.
  • Performance Delivery: Collaborate with National Account Managers to implement strategies that drive organic growth in key market segments.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of extensive sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications to enhance productivity.
  • A focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
Work Environment

The role is primarily office-based, with a moderate noise level. Employees may be required to travel up to 50% of the time.
